N.A.S proclaim that HIP HOP is Dead... But F.I.L.A is back from the aches... Last July 2008 Nas' Untitled album dropped and now his signature sneaker with Fila is coming out. The obvious question is "Why Fila?" The story goes that growing up young Nasir and his best friend "Ill Will" Graham loved the brand. With that N.A.S pays homage to his friend who passed away after being shot in 1992.
N.A.S quote ~> “My best friend Will and I loved Fila. It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me.” What a way to pay tribute to your lost friend... Way to go N.A.S...
So FILA's back in town... I wasn't a big fan of FILA in my school day but today Ima find a way to have them and rock them like N.A.S... The only thing I loved about those kix back in the day there were comfortable and smooth... There selling price are really affordable.. they are priced at $80 a pair... The Klassic is back with a new fresh and smooth cut... Look for them in a store near by
I have the feeling that F.I.L.A will smooth out some outfit out there... F.I.L.A Shoe goes well with a leather Jack and dark Jeans.. Hair nicely done by the best barber in town... Few accessories not to flashy and Finish it with a simple and clean Shadz... Well done N.A.S.I.R
